Advanced Mobile Communication Networks and Internet of Things engineering at UPC BarcelonaTech
The expertise of UPC BarcelonaTech focuses on two areas which are key in the current scenario of communications technologies, and require support of machine learning and data science: advanced mobile communications (5G, 6G and beyond), and Internet of Things. Besides the courses focused on the technological aspects (software-defined networking, radio planning, core networks, software-defined radio, low-power electronics, protocols, network security) we also offer courses focused on the mathematical foundations (such as optimization, network science, machine learning and big data), and transversal courses on service management and entrepreneurship.
